Venue:

The eSurge Symposium 2015 will be hosted by Deltares in their Delft Office. A map of how to get there can be downloaded here

If coming by public transport, the best way is to take the train to Delft zuid. Alternatively, taxis can be found (and bicycles can be rented!) at Delft station.

Getting to Delft:

Delft is well connected to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport by train and road. By train, the journey takes about 40-45 minutes and costs about E10. If no direct trains to Delft are shown, take a train to Den Haag and change at Leiden station.

If staying in Delft centre, be aware that car access may be difficult.

Hotels:

We recommend staying in one of the many nice small hotels in Delft's historic centre. Unfortunately these are all small, and won't fit everyone, so we don't recommend a particular hotel. See a site such as booking.com for what is available. Suggested hotels include the Royal Bridges Hotel, Hotel Vermeer Delft, Grand Canal Station Hotel.

Alternatively, larger business class hotels are available in nearby Den Haag or Rotterdam.

Meals during the event:

On the evening of Tuesday 20th there will be a meal for all participants, to be held in Delft centre (exact location TBD) and to be paid for by the eSurge project.

Lunches and coffees will also be provided, as shown in the programme.
